How do I care for my furniture?
Each material has product-specific properties that require different care and cleaning. Most upholstery fabrics can be treated with an upholstery fabric or carpet cleaner. A cleaning agent adapted to the fabric should be used. Always clean the entire surface of the furniture from seam to seam. The fabric remains damp and must be completely dried before use.
How can you upholster furniture?
Everyone knows it - you have old furniture at home that has lost its lustre but you don't want to part with. Refurbishing is one way of sprucing them up again.
Furniture made of wood, plastic or glass can easily be redesigned with wallpaper. Whether cupboard doors, drawer fronts, shelf interiors or table tops - non-woven wallpapers are ideal for decorating various furniture surfaces.
What does "loose upholstery" mean?
A distinction is made between loose and firm upholstery. With a light and loose upholstery structure, seat impressions or even waves appear in the material.
An optically wavy surface is therefore not a quality defect, but is intentional in order to increase seating comfort. The surfaces can be easily smoothed out again after use by brushing, tapping or shaking the seat and back cushions outwards.
